Johntel Greene
FOUNDER & CEO
Johntel is a proud product of Prince George’s County public schools. She earned her B.A. at the University of Maryland, College Park, and MBA at Erasmus University, Netherlands.
With 15 years of experience in Maryland politics she has been a regular presence at the General Assembly, as Director of Government Relations for Maryland's Community Colleges and Chief of Staff to prominent figures like Senator Sarah Elfreth, then-Delegate Ariana Kelly, and Delegate Kris Valderrama. She has led local campaigns and fundraisers, including as Secretary of the Montgomery County Democratic Party (2014-2017). A natural collaborator, she managed the Cross-jurisdictional collaboration team for Annapolis’ city, county, state, and federal leaders and staff to support enhanced constituent services, enabling legislation for protecting the Bay, and capital funding increases for public housing. As a Senior Fellow with Education Pioneers, she worked as a Chief of Staff for NYC Dept of Education to tackle the critical challenge of delivering $5mm of air filters, overcoming unprecedented supply chain challenges in the face of COVID-19.
She is adept at digital transformation and change management, advising Nike, Inc. on their Web 3.0 Marketing plan and utilizing the satisfaction survey feedback to develop and implement an app at Urban Teachers which spread to three cities, over 1,000 users and was used in their teacher recruitment strategy.

Emma Claye
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
Born and raised in Beltsville, Prince George's County, Emma Claye received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Microbiology from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Master of Public Health from Yale University.
This New York-based multihyphenate previously served as Technical Expert on COVID-19 Diagnostics, working with leaders across New York City to provide testing for thousands of people per day during the pandemic. Prior she worked for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where she honed her skills in public health practice, communications, and project management.
Community minded she also has experience teaching and coaching, from STEM afterschool programs for youth to Biology undergraduates at Yale. She spent more than 6 years working with the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission developing and leading comprehensive programs for local playgrounds, camps, and aftercare facilities
A multi-talented multi-tasker, Emma is also a talented singer-songwriter who performs regularly around New York City, most notably touring in Hamilton as Peggy/Elizabeth Schuyler.
