Good Governance Consulting is a cooperative of senior practitioners - lobbyists, strategists, communicators, technologists, educators, and coaches - who come together around specific engagements. Founder & CEO

Johntel Greene is the Founder and CEO of Good Governance Consulting. She built the firm to do politics differently - as a cooperative of senior practitioners who come together around specific engagements, leveraging shared knowledge and resources to deliver the strategy, advocacy, and innovation that the leaders moving public impact forward actually need.

Her philosophy is simple: good people supporting good organizations is how you build the foundations of a healthy society. The rest of the work flows from there.

Background

A proud product of Prince George's County public schools, Johntel has spent over a decade inside Maryland politics. She has served as Chief of Staff to members of both the Maryland Senate and House of Delegates, Director of Government Relations for the Maryland Association of Community Colleges, and as a registered lobbyist and strategist for campaigns and organizations across the state. Her work spans the General Assembly, county governments, school systems, and the campaigns that send leaders to office.
